Strength & Movement
Our signature hybrid class blending bodyweight, strength and conditioning—for a body that can do it all.
This is where it all comes together. Strength & Movement combines mobility, power, endurance, and coordination in a single high-energy class. You’ll swing kettlebells, climb, crawl, jump, and flow—building lean muscle, cardio fitness, and functional strength that carries over to everyday life.
Expect play, sweat, and structure. It’s one of our most popular classes for good reason: you’ll leave feeling strong, accomplished, and alive.
BODYWEIGHT
Master your body. Build skill, control and mobility using your most trustworthy tool - your body.
Our bodyweight program is rooted in gymnastics strength and mobility. It’s designed to help you develop total body awareness, joint health, and rock-solid foundations—whether you're brand new or chasing advanced skills like handstands or muscle-ups.
We follow a clear and progressive system, so you always know what to work on next. You'll build strength & skills through rings, boxes, bars, floor drills and flexibility work that connects strength with range.
LIFT

SERNIOR SAVAGES
Strength, balance and mobility training for legends 60+ who don’t believe in slowing down.
A low-impact program designed to build strength, improve balance, boost mobility—and keep you thriving in real life. Think: lifting groceries, getting off the floor, climbing stairs with ease… all while having a laugh with like-minded individuals.
Our sessions focus on functional movement, joint health, posture and fall prevention. Expect tailored coaching, supportive vibes, and plenty of laughs—because training should be effective and fun, no matter your age.
