With over 15 years of experience in martial arts, strength training, and movement, Pedro helps people unlock their physical potential and discover how movement can transform their lives.


Originally from the hospitality industry, Pedro combines service excellence with a warm, approachable style. With qualifications in Fitness and Sport & Recreation, he believes training is not just about aesthetics — it's about building character, resilience, and the freedom to lead your own life with strength and confidence.


Pedro’s philosophy centers on movement as a path to vitality, longevity, and purpose. Rather than mechanical reps, he empowers members to train with intention, explore their physicality, and embrace discipline, joy, and growth through every session.


His own journey through depression and anxiety during the 2020 lockdowns reignited his mission — to create a space where people can reconnect with their values, rediscover their confidence, and become the protagonist of their own lives. Today, he leads Jungle with heart, discipline, and a deep respect for every member's path.

Yulia brings a powerful mix of athletic discipline, scientific insight, and heartfelt purpose to Jungle Five Dock. As a former elite rhythmic gymnast in Russia and Master of Sports, she developed a deep understanding of movement, precision, and resilience from an early age.


Her passion for movement expanded through five years of Capoeira training alongside Pedro, eventually leading them to co-found Jungle Five Dock with a shared mission: to help people become stronger, healthier, and more empowered versions of themselves.


With a degree in Biochemical Technology and a Nutrition certification earned in Australia, Yulia blends science with real-life practicality — guiding members toward better habits, sustainable health, and long-term results. She proudly considers herself a "lifestyle engineer," helping people optimise not just workouts, but their daily choices.


Outside the gym, Yulia is a devoted mother of three, a supportive partner, and a master of efficiency — always seeking balance, productivity, and wellbeing in everyday life.

Hayley embodies transformation, strength, and community spirit at Jungle Five Dock. A qualified group coach and personal trainer, her fitness journey began 15 years ago on a trapeze — where she discovered her passion for movement, fun, and unapologetic self-expression.

She joined Jungle in 2017 at Jungle Botany, seeking new ways to complement her aerial training. Drawn to the Jungle ethos, Hayley soon transitioned into coaching, combining her background in aerial arts with a focus on body control, movement quality, and mobility. She’s passionate about helping members master the fundamentals and unlock new levels of strength and movement.

Hayley is fascinated by the body’s ability to transform through discipline, mindset, and consistency. She regularly leads transformation challenges, guiding members to discover what they’re truly capable of — inside and out.

Now a proud first-time mother, Hayley brings both strength and empathy to the gym. As a certified Mental Health First Aider, she’s committed to supporting not just physical progress, but also confidence, mindset, and overall well-being.

Amanda brings a powerful blend of spirit, compassion, and resilience to Jungle Five Dock. A lifelong martial artist, she began Tae Kwon Do at just four years old, laying the foundation for a life rooted in discipline, strength, and movement.


After years in martial arts and CrossFit, Amanda found her true passion in strength training — using it not only for performance but as a way to manage chronic health conditions like PCOS and endometriosis. Her personal journey drives her mission to empower women to reclaim their strength, resilience, and ownership of their bodies and lives.


As a mother of three, co-leader of a family law firm, and dedicated Jungle coach, Amanda understands the real-life demands of balancing work, family, health, and growth — and leads by example, inspiring others to rise to the challenge.


Beyond the gym, Amanda channels her compassion into the broader community, volunteering her time to support the homeless and women facing domestic violence and hardship. Her impact extends far beyond fitness — it’s about building stronger people, inside and out.
